WASHINGTON, April 19 (Reuters) – The U.S. Supreme Court said on Monday it would hear Costco Wholesale Corp’s (COST.O) appeal in a copyright infringement dispute with a Swatch Group (UHR.VX) unit over imported Swiss-made watches.
