CyberSource Corp. said Wednesday that it has agreed to be acquired by Visa Inc. for $2 billion. The Mountain View-based online merchant payment and security provider (NASDAQ:CYBS) said San Francisco-based Visa (NYSE:V) has agreed to pay $26 a share, a 34 percent premium on its Tuesday closing price of $19.44.
